Grooves and Gratitude is a neo-soul/rnb trio that originally formed in Hamilton while busking at the Hamilton Art Crawl. Since then, they have been doing shows at various venues in Toronto and Hamilton. The trio consists of keys, electric bass, and drums. Their main influences include Jazz and Neo soul musicians such as Robert Glasper, Pino Palladino, and Yussef Dayes. The band also takes a lot of influence from artists such as Stevie.
